Once your consultation is scheduled, our team will provide your patient forms in advance and make sure you have what you need for your appointment.

Get a complete picture
We’ll take photographs of your face and teeth, digital scans, and X-rays. Dr. Rachel Hoffman will perform a comprehensive orthodontic exam.

Talk through your options
Dr. Rachel will discuss a customized treatment plan. You’ll have time to ask questions and understand the next steps, including payment and insurance details.
